We partner with organisations, educators, and subject matter experts to design structured, outcome-driven learning experiences — from needs analysis to fully built eLearning modules.
LearnoVance is a Learning Experience Design Studio helping organisations, educators, and subject matter experts transform expertise into engaging, structured learning experiences. Founded by Rupesh Parthe — a mechanical engineer and educator with 16+ years of experience in higher education, curriculum design, and instructional practice.
Every engagement is grounded in the ADDIE framework, informed by Bloom's Taxonomy, and anchored to measurable learner outcomes. We design learning that changes what people can do — not just what they know.
Rupesh Parthe is a Mechanical Engineer (M.E.) with over 16 years of experience in engineering education, curriculum design, learner engagement, and instructional design. His subject expertise spans Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Graphics, Economics, Finance, Accounting & Costing (EFAC), Design of Press Tools, Production & Operations Management, and Machine Drawing.
He is passionate about transforming complex concepts into engaging learning experiences — through instructional design, eLearning development, microlearning, assessment design, and learner-centred strategies. LearnoVance is the culmination of that passion: a studio built to bring rigorous, evidence-based learning design to organisations, educators, and subject matter experts who want learning that actually works.
Every engagement is scoped to your learners, your goals, and your timeline — not a one-size-fits-all template.
End-to-end course design using the ADDIE model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and learner-centred principles. We map every learning objective to a measurable outcome.
Interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules built in Articulate Storyline 360. Designed for engagement, built for your LMS.
Structured learning pathways, competency frameworks, and outcome-based curricula for corporate training programmes and professional development.
Detailed visual storyboards and narration scripts that bridge your subject matter and your production team — reducing revision cycles and production time.
Bite-sized, focused learning assets for just-in-time performance support — short modules, job aids, quick-reference guides, and scenario-based nudges.
Learning needs assessment, learner persona development, gap analysis, and post-training evaluation — so every solution is grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Every LearnoVance project follows a structured, five-phase process — so you always know what's happening, why, and what comes next.
We define the problem before designing the solution.
Structure, strategy, and objectives — mapped before a single slide is built.
We build content, storyboards, and interactive modules.
Deployment, facilitation support, and LMS integration.
We measure what changed — and what to improve next.
A cross-section of instructional design, storyboarding, microlearning, and curriculum development work — each piece demonstrating a distinct phase of the design process.
Full ADDIE cycle applied to a spatial reasoning gap in first-year engineering students. Includes learner persona, Bloom's-mapped objectives table, module structure, development rationale for each artefact, formative evaluation data, and a structured improvement plan.
A 5-scene video storyboard for a master's-level Movie Making course — mapping visuals, audio, narration, transitions, and timing to a single learning objective at the Apply level of Bloom's Taxonomy. Demonstrates production-ready storyboard format.
A 5-scene interactive storyboard designed for Articulate 360. Features a roleplay scenario with branching choices, clickable technique selection, debate simulation with feedback, drag-and-drop reflection activity, and a text-input reflective question. Targets the Analyse level of Bloom's Taxonomy.
A project-based assessment for a master's-level Movie Making course. Designed as a real-world simulation: learners write a screenplay and create a production schedule under authentic constraints. Includes a detailed 4-criteria rubric with 3-level performance descriptors aligned to learning outcomes.
A learning objectives audit for three master's-level courses. Each LO was evaluated against Bloom's Taxonomy revised levels for accuracy, measurability, and cognitive alignment. Corrected objectives were rewritten to ensure precise action verbs and appropriate cognitive demand — a foundational ID skill.
A microlearning document covering mutual fund fundamentals — how funds work, types of funds (equity, debt, hybrid, index, sectoral, international), advantages, and a practical fund selection framework. Designed for financial literacy audiences with visual support and structured bite-sized sections.
A structured explainer presentation breaking down the Union Budget 2025 for a non-expert audience. Covers income tax reforms, MSME support, infrastructure, agriculture, and digital India initiatives. Demonstrates instructional content design for complex policy topics — making financial literacy accessible.
Curriculum design for a Renewable Energy Management course for first-year engineering students. Module aligned to OBE standards, covering solar, wind, and hybrid energy systems with industry-relevant practical activities, structured lesson plans, and outcome-mapped assessments.
Two instructional initiatives under the DnyanYukti platform: (1) 3D-printed physical model kits designed as instructional artefacts for Engineering Graphics spatial reasoning; (2) a YouTube video series on engineering career realities — including "3 Biggest Engineering Admission Mistakes" — designed as accessible microlearning for students.
We're not generalists. We bring deep domain expertise and rigorous design process to every engagement.
16+ years of experience in engineering education, curriculum development, and learning design — not theory. Delivered to audiences of 500+ learners annually across higher education and professional contexts.
Rare in L&D: we understand technical content. From mechanical engineering to data visualisation, we can translate complex subject matter without losing accuracy.
Every objective is mapped to a Bloom's level and an assessment method before a single slide is designed. We build for measurable change, not content completion.
From needs analysis to post-training evaluation — we manage the complete design lifecycle. No handoff gaps, no ambiguity about who owns what.
5 published papers, 14+ citations, 9,800+ reads on ResearchGate. Our design decisions are grounded in evidence — not trend-following.
You'll always know which ADDIE phase we're in, what decisions were made and why, and what the deliverable looks like at each stage. No black boxes.
Tell us about your learning challenge. We'll respond within 24 hours with an initial assessment and next steps.
